RETURN POLICY
OKAI guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, a return or refund request can be made within 14 days of the purchase date (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations), based on the date the product was received. Please contact OKAI Europe for further details regarding our services.
1. Conditions for Return & Refund Requests
To request a return, please follow these guidelines:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
- All returned items must be securely packed in the original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- The original packing slip and a written explanation of the reason for return must be included.
- A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be clearly marked on the outside of the package; otherwise, the return may be refused.
- Proof of purchase from OKAI's official website is required.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers must cover the return shipping fee and are responsible for selecting a shipping method with tracking capability.
- OKAI only accepts returns of unused, undamaged products with original packaging, instructions, tags, and labels intact. Missing accessories, damaged items, or improperly packaged products will not be refunded.
- OKAI does not provide return shipping labels.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply. Please contact OKAI Europe for further details.
2. Conditions Where Refunds or Exchanges Cannot Be Granted
- The customer did not report transit damage immediately upon receiving the product.
- The refund or exchange request is made after 14 days of receiving the product.
- The returned product is missing original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or has sustained any form of damage.
- The customer cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, or the provided proof has been altered or forged.
- The product does not show any manufacturing defects after inspection by OKAI Technical Support.
- Damage was caused by non-manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
- Crashes, burns, or improper operation.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Foreign object intrusion (water, oil, sand, etc.).
- Incorrect installation or usage.

Labels, serial numbers, waterproof markers, or security seals show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage was caused by external factors, such as fire, floods, strong winds, or lightning strikes.
3. Refund Processing
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not related to factory defects will not be refunded.
- Any return sent more than 14 days after receiving RMA approval will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Special Considerations

OKAI provides vehicle services only within supported European countries. If you relocate to another country, we cannot ship replacement parts or arrange servicing for your vehicle outside of our supported regions.
- If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or not the product you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at Support.EU@okai.co for further assistance.
