The feedback from working in the industry for many years is that riding an electric scooter is no different to riding a bike. In fact, bikes with 10-20 gears have the potential to go much faster than the 15-mile-per-hour top speed of an eScooter and have greater risks. When you ride an electric scooter, both feet remain planted and increase control. However, we strongly recommend every rider to wear a helmet.

Electric Scooters are the perfect solution for distances that are too short to take the car but also too long to walk. That’s the so-called last mile. An electric scooter can be the perfect companion for commuters who usually use public transport to get to work. E-Scooters are usually foldable and an easy to carry solution compared to bikes. Furthermore electric scooters can be the perfect solution for riding around campuses, factories or to explore new cities and areas. 

Always check the current regulations applicable to your country. We currently only offer a 25km/h version for EU/US, and a German version which is limited to 20km/h.

The NEON Lite is the smaller brother of the NEON. A smaller battery, no rear suspension and a slightly shorter deck, makes the Lite the perfect City companion for everyone who is about to start with electric scooters.

The NEON Lite comes with 3 riding modes. 1 = Smooth acceleration for everyone who is new to electric scooters. 2 = Faster speed increase as you continue to learn. 3 = Advanced riding mode with a steep acceleration curve.

The NEON is designed for riders who weigh up to 100kg.

The NEON  has an IPX5 rating and is splash-proof, it's not advisable to ride it on rainy days, it might be dangerous and should be avoided.

Yes, only two quick steps are necessary. Lock the foldable front steering pole to the frame and tighten the 3 small screws, and then you're ready to go. 

You are currently only able to lock the scooter with a physical lock e.g. a bike lock.

This current version of the NEON supports connection with our APP via bluetooth. 

As with all vehicles, the use of energy is completely determined by the behavior of the rider. Just like your car uses more petrol in stop-and-go traffic than on the highway, an electric vehicle will experience the same effects. This is always due to the large amounts of energy needed for acceleration. The range can also vary by the weight of the rider as well as the riding conditions such as flat riding vs. hill climbing.
