OKAI is one of the biggest producers of Light Electric Vehicles (LEV) worldwide. Our product range goes from electric kick-scooters over e-bikes to e-mopeds and e-scooters - and it doesn't end here! For our international customers as Bird, Uber, Jump, Tier, Voi, Dott and many more, we develop and build the latest and best-in-class electric vehicles. Besides our headquarters in Hangzhou, China, we opened up a location in Berlin, Germany to coordinate our activities in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EMEA region) and prospective North- and South America.
For our Berlin based Team we are looking for:
Field Applications Engineer - FAE Hardware & Software (ENG/CHI)

What's your job:
- You are the link between our B2B Customers & our tech team in China
- You know all of our vehicles inside out in theory & reality
- You can teach our B2B customers how to handle their vehicles and the IoT
- You recognize potential technical problems before they arise and can efficiently work out solutions in collaboration with the tech team in China
- You work closely with the European and Chinese C-level
- You represent OKAI at customers, partners and trade fairs
- You are willing to travel on short notice in Europe and sometimes global
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (min. C1) & Chinese Mandarin (min. B2). German is a plus, but not needed. Please do ONLY apply, if you are fluent in both languages!
- Your tech skill are as good as your social skills
- Completed Bachelors / Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- You should be living in or willing to move to Berlin
- You should be a citizen of the EU or have an existing permanent work permit for the EU

我们期待什么样的背景？
