This year at IFA was a monumental moment for OKAI as it was the world debut of our new EB100 electric bicycle for sharing operations, ES500 for the consumer market, and also a charging cabinet compatible with both scooter and e-bike batteries.

At Okai we have faced the pandemic since early January at our offices and factory in China and since February for our European headquarters. For a factory like Okai’s and thousands of others operating out of Zhejiang, a complete shutdown of all “non-essential companies, including manufacturing plants” meant that business as usual had come to a screeching halt.
020 was Okai’s first year exhibiting and for most of the team, their first time in Las Vegas. With close to 200,000 tech enthusiasts flocking to the city of sin all at once, the already high energy and congestion of Las Vegas, is heightened to an entirely new level.
